Our U18’s squad were one of 11 teams taking part in this excellent competition at Blackmoor in Hampshire. The course was a superb test of golf and there was an array of talent on display. Middlesex find themselves in the strongest group in the country and whilst they acquitted themselves well eventually finished tied 10th with Norfolk just a few shots short of finishing in a reasonable mid table position. Our youngest player, 14 year old Manato Nakatani (Hendon)proved our strongest player in the 36 hole medal competition. Hertfordshire’s Max Hopkins scooped the individual prize with 2 rounds of 65 whilst Kent secured the overall team competition. As well as Manato Middlesex were represented by Nya Fraser Lawrence (Hendon), Ben Davies (Enfield), Connor Higgins (Ealing), Jack Neill (Ealing) and Ryan Georgiou (Pinner Hill).
