Enfield Juniors this season were grouped with Verulam and Harpenden GC and in a format of 3 singles matches and 2 greensomes games Enfield maintained a 100% record winning all matches home and away. Enfield came up against Sandy Lodge in a 2 legged semi-final and again came out on top in both legs. In the final against East Herts the 2 teams were very evenly matched with handicaps however Enfield had emphatic wins in 2 of the singles and a comfortable victory in one of the greensomes games winning overall 3-2. In total 16 juniors represented Enfield in the Hertfordshire Junior League to secure the Ver Shield. A good season by this team.
